This is the cow body that I have done! Lets see how we do it!
Process
First of all, by creating a cube, and extrude out the hands and the legs to form a basic body shape.
Next, use the vertex tool to make the belly of the cow to make it look similar like the realistic cow.
Once again, use the extrude tool to extrude out and form the feet of the cow.
Create a new cube and form a shape of the hands, using the extrude tool to extrude out the fingers, make sure it is not too close to one another, and the extrude out the wrist part of the hand to make a nice shape for connecting later on. Lastly use the mirror tool to make another similar hand for the other side.
Lastly, using the vertex joint tool, to joint out the vertices of the hands and necks to one another. Smoothen it with the smooth tool option, and the cow body is nicely done out!
Techniques
Apparently this excercise is quite and nearly similar to that of the cowhead, same things by using the extrude and vertex tools to create the cow body, as well as the vertex joint tool to connect the parts to the head and the hands to the body.
Reflection
Yet another fun and easy exercise, which is to recap the techniques and skills that we have learnt last semester. With the pictures, it was easy to follow and I didn't really have much trouble doing it. Overall, the experience was good.

Week 2 - Character Modelling - Cow Head (E-learning)
This is the cowhead that I have done! Lets see how it is being done!
Process
First of all, create a cube, and using the smooth technique to make the cube become a more rounded shape. Lastly, using the vertex tool and by pulling and extracting of the different points to make it a looks more like a shape of the cow head.
Next is by using the extrude tool, you will have to slowly adjust and extrude out the faces to complete the head shape of the cow.
Using the vertices in each points the set the lines properly, and lastly using the face tool to make a hole and is now ready to make the eye.
Once again using the extrude tools, you have to slowly extrude in the layer to form the eyes, also you have to use the vertices in each points to make the eye looks more neatly done and realistic.
Now the eye is done, next will be moving on the the ear part. Using the extrude tool, and also the vertex tool, to make the ear shape before extruding out the ear, where the ear is nicely done.
Now will be doing on the nose part, which is very similar on how you make the eye part, using the face tool to make a hole and using extrude as well as vertx tool to make the nose shape.
Lastly will be the mouth part and we are close to finish. Same thing again, using the extrude tool to extrude ou the lower mouth part similar to that of making the cow head, and easily done.
Now you can choose to use the Sculpt Geometry Tool to do some touch up to make the cow head looks more naturally instead of a blocky look. And lastly, using the Mirror Geometry Tool to make the the other side of the face to have the eye,ear and nose features. Now use the smooth tool and conversion to sub-division to finish up the cow head!
Techniques
Basically the techniques use are extruding and vertex tools which has been learn before during the last semester. of couse, new technique like the mirror tool has been learn through this exercise.
Reflection
This exercise was mainly to recap the techniques and skills which we have learnt before during the last semester. An interesting and meaningful exercise, which helps me to remember the techniques and skills which I have forgotten last semester. With the help of the tutorial videos, it is easy to understand as well, feels happy to finish my first exercise of the module!
